The President of the Public Prosecutor’s Office calls for facilitating the granting of criminal records to candidates

The President of the Public Prosecutor’s Office called on the King’s Attorneys General at the Courts of Appeal and the King’s Prosecutors at the Courts of First Instance to facilitate obtaining a criminal record for candidates for election.

In a circular, the President of the Public Prosecutor’s Office also called for all arrangements to be made to receive the candidates in good conditions and to provide them with the said document as soon as possible, by being on duty from 8 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. on weekdays. and from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

The official also urges prosecutors to provide the necessary facilities for these candidates, using the computer system provided for this purpose in the courts that have them.
