The Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Administration Reform (MEFRA) has announced the establishment of a new module for the electronic filing of invoices in favor of Public Establishments and Enterprises (EEP) is now available on the AJAL platform.

In this regard, indicates the MEFRA, the suppliers of EEP having opted for the use of the AJAL platform can they proceed to the deposit of their invoices according to a schedule which foresees that for the invoices relating to the orders higher than 5 MDH, the deposit? is to be done from June 9, 2021, for invoices relating to orders over 1 MDH, from January 1, 2022 and for invoices relating to orders over 0.2 MDH, from June 1, 2022.
Regarding the providers of EEPs who have opted for their own platforms already deployed, the list of these organizations will be published in the section of the Payment Deadlines Observatory (ODP) from June 9, 2021, it being specified that the integration project between these platforms and the AJAL platform is underway.
