Ibtissame Azzouzi, member of the Tractor party, put a written question to the head of government, concerning the restrictive measures decreed during the holy month of Ramadan and particularly concerning the night curfew, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. .
The latter will undoubtedly be heavily penalized and harmed many sections of society and, thus, deprived them and theirs of their daily livelihood for a whole month. And the question of the member of the Authenticity and Modernity Party rightly asks Saaddeddine El Othmani what measures his government intends to take, such as compensations, indemnities and subsidies for the benefit of all those citizens to whom the said curfew will cause great harm, both pecuniary that moral.
As a reminder, without even waiting for the Council of Government on Thursday, April 8, the Executive hastened to decree, this Wednesday, a Ramadan night curfew from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m., nationwide, except for “exceptional cases”. And this, according to the recommendations of the Scientific and Technical Commission which expressed the absolute necessity of maintaining preventive and health measures, the objective of which is to stem the spread and transmission of the coronavirus. Especially with the detection of new strains of the virus in Morocco.
