The coach’s waltz is in full swing in Botola Pro D1. The last to pack up, Youssef Fertout, who will no longer train the Rapide Club Oued-Zem.
Between the RCOZ and Fertout it’s over. The club announced that it had separated amicably with its coach, in a statement posted on social networks, this Wednesday, February 24.
“Today, the contract between the Rapide Club of Oued-Zem and trainer Youssef Fertout has been amicably broken. The club directorate thanks the national executive for the services rendered to the team ”, wrote the club in a statement.
A complicated situation for the RCOZ which is currently at the bottom of the ranking of the Moroccan championship and which will have to quickly find a replacement.
Youssef Fertout was appointed to head the Rapide in November 2020 and succeeded Tunisian Mounir Chabil.
On March 2, the Rapide will face the leader of Botola, Wydad of Casablanca, on behalf of the round of 16 of the Throne Cup.
