Deployed within the framework of the INDH, the action to support the generalization of preschool mainly focuses on rural and remote areas where hundreds of classrooms have been built or upgraded.
This dynamic has been marked by a marked increase in the subsidies granted to the Regional Academy of Education and Training (AREF) over the past three years. Thus, it is indicated that the global subsidies granted to AREFs in the Kingdom thus totaled 3.9 billion dirhams in payment credits and 3.1 billion in commitment credits for the year 2019.
