FIFA World Ranking: Atlas Lions win 4 places

The Atlas Lions have gained 4 places in the last FIFA break, published this Thursday, thanks to the two friendly matches against Senegal (3-1) and the DRC (1-1). The foals of Vahid Halilhodzic are now ranked 39th in the world with 1461 points.

In the continental standings, the Lions occupy 5th place behind Senegal (23rd with 1549 points), Tunisia (26th with 1507 points), Algeria (30th with 1489 points) and Nigeria (32nd with 1488 points).

The head of the world ranking remains dominated by Belgium (1765 points), ahead of France (1752 points) and Brazil (1725 points).

Other countries have seen their ranking change, like Spain Spain (6th, up 1) and Argentina (8th, up 1) exchange their position respectively with Uruguay (7th, down 1 ) and Croatia (9th, minus 1).
