A press release from the Directorate General of National Security (DGSN), indicates that the security services of the city of Fez had started the control procedures of two cafes, and 15 customers who were in the first cafe subject to control did not comply. not the conditions of social distancing.
Fifteen hookahs intended for consumption without authorization were seized during this operation, adds the DGSN, noting that the security operations carried out in the second cafe allowed the discovery of ten customers who did not respect the conditions of health security and prevention. imposed to limit the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The six individuals arrested were placed in police custody at the disposal of the preliminary investigation carried out under the supervision of the competent prosecution. They are the manager of the first café, a police officer, co-owner of the second café, as well as four waitresses who served their customers shisha without authorization and without taking the necessary health precautions.
